Weaknesses of Czech cos. are marketing and efficiency

PRAGUE (ČIA) – The biggest competitive advantages of Czech companies are the tradition and quality of their products and services. This stems from a PwC ČR survey conducted among the general managers of the 100 most important companies in the Czech Republic. The weakness of domestic companies is their marketing as well as their efficiency. This year 70 % of domestic companies plan to increase their innovation activities with respect to the development of new products or services. According to PwC ČR managing partner Jiří Moser domestic companies are often able to catch up with global players thanks to technical innovations.
