Sanofi Pasteur launches Vaxigrip deliveries to the CR

PRAGUE (CIA) - Sanofi Pasteur, a Sanofi-Aventis division, has launched deliveries of influenza vaccines to the Czech Republic. The Vaxigrip vaccine may be distributed in the Czech Republic on the basis of a successful approval of the composition of the influenza vaccine for the 2010 – 2011 season. The State Institute for Drug Control (SUKL) released the first 140,000 batches for distribution on Wednesday September 1. The medicine is available in pharmacies and from distributors.

Foreign firms in CR less affected by crisis than Czech ones
The economic downturn in 2009 had a different impact on local companies depending on their ownership structure.
