PRAGUE (ČIA) – The act on medical services will define the rights and duties of both the medical staff and patients more specifically. The patients will newly have the right of free choice of medical service provider. The patients will thus be able to choose het medical facility where they will get the care. The information was published on the cabinet’s website. The fines for offences and administrative delinquencies will range from CZK 50,000 to CZK 1 mln.
