PRAGUE (ČIA) – The number of small energy sources in the Czech Republic will grow, according to an analysis by the firm AmperMarket. The company says that the massive growth of photovoltaic power plants and biogas stations will be followed by cogeneration units, which will replace the disintegrating central heat supplies systems. The analysis also foresees the building of a virtual power plant, associating decentralised electricity production units into a unified buyout system, within three to five years.
